BDG Game - Terms of Service

Use of the site

By accessing or using BDG Game at bdggameindia.in.net ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Site. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements and that your use does not violate any applicable law in your state or union territory. Users accessing from states where online gaming activity may be subject to additional regulation, such as Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or Assam, are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local rules before participating.

Permitted use

You may access and use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content without prior written consent; attempt unauthorised access to any server or network connected to the Site; transmit spam, malware, or fraudulent communications; or engage in conduct that disrupts other users' experience. Automated tools, bots, or scripts that interact with the Site without our express approval are strictly prohibited.

Account responsibility

If you register an account, you are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately at our contact address if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms, without liability to you.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, software, and the overall design, is the exclusive property of BDG Game or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of any BDG Game asset may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Indian law.

Permitted use of content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use Site content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site material, nor remove any copyright or trademark notice. This limited licence is distinct from a purchase of any content, ownership of in-game items or virtual credits does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you whatsoever.

User-submitted content

Any content you submit to the Site, such as feedback, comments, or media, grants BDG Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating the Site. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property. If you believe any Site content infringes your rights, contact us with full details of the material and evidence of your ownership so we may investigate promptly and take appropriate action.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, BDG Game, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

No warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any risk arising from your use of the Site or any content downloaded from it.

Third-party links and services

The Site may integrate with external payment platforms commonly used in India, including PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM UPI. BDG Game has no control over the terms, processing times, or dispute procedures of these platforms. Payment failures, delays, or errors originating on PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM infrastructure are outside our control, and we accept no liability for resulting loss. We recommend reviewing each platform's own terms before transacting and retaining your UPI transaction reference numbers for all deposits or withdrawals.
